THE MENU

The cosy environment of the restaurant is complemented by dishes reminiscent of a noble feast, creating a real symphony of flavours in the mouth: crisp salads, favourite types of pancakes, hamburgers seasoned with crispy chicken or juicy beef patties, beautifully presented hot dishes, and finally, mouth-watering pie with bananas or perhaps cottage cheese donuts that leave no one indifferent.

A wide selection of dishes gives you the opportunity to choose the option that pleases your taste buds the most. With every bite, the food will enchant you with an abundance of various experiences. In the restaurant, even little gourmets will find their favourite dishes characterized by high nutritional value and flavours adapted to their needs.

STEAKS ON STONE

The steak of your choice will be grilled and placed on a stone heated to 3000 C in the oven. With this hot stone, the steak will arrive at your table, and you decide how long the meat needs to cook. The garnish and sauce you will be choosing according to your taste.

(Based on L. Didžiulienė recipe from the book “Lithuanian host or instructions on how to properly consume God’s gifts”: a quart of milk, 2 quarts of flour, half a glass of yeast, 3 eggs. Bake in butter. For coloring, we give jam and berries.)
